The day has finally come! I have been working on transforming my successful blog into an app since August and you can NOW download it https://appsto.re/gb/49Mu_.i
Happy to announce I am the first EVER UK fashion blogger to turn my blog into an app. Not only can you access my blog with major ease – my blog will always just be there on your home screen BUT there are brand new features such as a flashy membership section. You can sign up for a special membership which allows you to access locked features such as ‘Makeup Tutorials’, ‘Betsy’s Secret Diary’ (where I talk about personal experiences and issues you may also be facing as well as advice), and the ‘Playlist of The Month’ section where an exclusive music cover will be posted monthly especially for members. All these sections will be updated monthly along with other exciting features to come. At just £1.50 PM you can have your very own membership and access these features. You can also access the membership on a computer/any device.
This months ‘membership’ posts include my daily makeup routine on the ‘Makeup Tutorial’ section. In ‘Betsy’s Secret Diary’ I’ve written a book about my true experience of the X Factor where I spill juicy gossip and share all of my never-before-seen behind the scenes videos. And a cover of Taylor Swift’s ‘Wildest Dreams’ is in ‘Playlist of The Month’.
Hope to see you all as members! xo
A common problem ladies always face in winter is HOW to look chic when you just want to wrap up in 1000 layers! There would have to be a VERY good excuse to catch me wearing a skirt in this weather. But I seemed to make an outfit work today that I was proud of AND kept the chills away – the ingredients to keep me warm simply included leather on leather. Yesterday morning I woke up to my favourite package – a HUGE package from Goldie London! As most of you know – I adore their brand, their clothing is sleek, on-trend and actually made really well – the quality of the clothing is faultless. Anyway, the package included a fair bit of leather items… which created this…
So, everything I’m wearing in this outfit post comes separately – I’m not sure if the garments were actually made to work together but I decided to take a risk and make a VERY leather outfit including a leather shirt AND leather overalls – and it really WORKS. Also, when you want to wear a co-ordinating block colour – for instance ‘all black’, you need to commit to it (this means NO other colours at all… not even jewellery in my opinion) and expect to stand out.
Happy Tuesday!! I grace you with a blog post right on time.. Here is a look I wore earlier in the week when attending some meetings . Meetings such as Depop in particular…. we may have a very exciting collab coming soon with them so keep your eyes peeled 😉 Anyway this magnificently body hugging, snakey shirt is from my fave Maniere De Voir. I’m always a bit conscious wearing skirts – especially tight skirts .. as I feel like my whole persona changes from someone who slops across the stress to an ostrich with something stuck up it’s bum. This skirt has a completely different vibe though with it’s tough, edgy look.
My top tip – always rough up a skirt with a band tee to make it look more casual! Here’s me with my trusty iron maiden home made crop that I seem to always be wearing…
I’ve had these shoes for about 5 years! Some vintage All Saint right here… sandals in summer are a big no no for me but I can deal with these as they have the booty look.
And finally here is my couture’d up head band. This scarf print head band is from h&m but blinged up of course with my chanel brooch. Brooch’s make everything fab!!! Invest in a good brooch girls!!!
